David Louden: According to authorities, the deaths of a police officer and his three-year-old kid are being investigated as a murder-suicide.
On Friday, David Louden, 39, and his son Harrison were discovered at their Kidderminster house.
Following post-mortem exams, West Mercia Police stated Harrison’s death was now being treated as murder, while its own officer was suspected of killing himself.

What does force spokesperson said?
“They conveyed their tremendous shock, grief, and devastation at the loss of these two much-loved family members,” a force official said.
Shortly before 9.30 a.m., emergency workers were dispatched to reports of a medical emergency. At the scene, the cop and his son were discovered dead.
Mourners have left a variety of mementos, including teddy bears and bouquets, in the family’s front lawn on Cairndhu Drive. “Both lives are gone too soon,” one message said.
The family had been gone with another relative, according to a neighbor, but the trip had been cut short due to the father and son returning home early.
How old is David Louden?
After cutting short a holiday, David Louden 39 years old, and his three-year-old son Harrison were discovered at home in Kidderminster four days ago.
Their deaths were initially ruled unexplained by police, and Harrison’s family described him as a “happy, well-loved little child” in a statement released over the weekend.
The family had requested time to grieve, and there would be no additional statements from them at this time, according to West Mercia Police.
